I created Rewriting Normal to make sense of my own late ADHD diagnosis. It is now a platform for ADHD support and collaboration.
If you’re looking for someone who understands ADHD from the inside out and knows how to turn that insight into useful change, we might be a good fit.
If your team or project needs lived-experience ADHD support and collaboration, I’d love to hear more.
What I Can Help With
I’m open to short-term or flexible project work, especially if it’s values-aligned and ADHD-aware. Some areas I’m currently exploring include:
- Improving the neurodiversity experience at work:
Reviewing internal communications, onboarding, policies, or staff resources to make them ADHD-friendly and genuinely inclusive. - Editing homeschooling or learning materials for neurodivergent kids:
Helping ensure tone, structure, and delivery actually work for ADHD learners (and the adults supporting them). - Contributing to ADHD-related projects:
Whether it’s writing, reviewing, co-creating, or sense-checking, if you need a neurodivergent lens, I can bring one.
If you’re curious to explore ADHD further, I also recommend Neurodivergent Insights — it’s one of the clearest, most helpful platforms I’ve come across for understanding executive function, emotional regulation, and rejection sensitivity.
What I Bring to ADHD Support Work
I combine lived experience with professional skills from years in HR, recruitment, research, operations, and content development.
I’ve worked with policies and people, built systems and stories, and understand both structure and burnout. I lead with clarity and compassion, and I call things what they are — not what they’re supposed to be.
